During the running of its business supplying accessories for Audio, Video, Computer, Mobile and Sports devices, it is necessary for SELEK HOLDING A/S (and its subsidiaries) (3S- COMPANY A/S , SINOX EUROPE A/S AND SELEK ApS) (“The Company”) to record and manage Personal Data relating to the Business.

1. Why we collect Personal Information

The Company collects Personal Information and Personal Data for the very specific purpose of promoting its goods and services, providing information about new products and Concepts and performing transactions which are relevant to the running of the business and for the benefit of the Business or the individuals whose Personal Data is held. It also collects data to fulfil requested Individual and Company transactions at our web shop/online purchasing sections of our website.

2. How we Collect Personal Information

Most of the Personal Data we collect is publically available such as information freely available on the Internet, or collected from /supplied by Trade Fair Online and Printed Catalogues, or from Business Cards or Personal data freely given to Employees of the Company during Business meetings, Fairs, Events and in Face to face contacts. Other information has been supplied to us by email from the Company or Individual from/for whom we have received the data We also collect personal data from our Web shop necessary to perform legal and secure online transactions with individuals buying our products.

3. What Personal Data we keep, Why and How Long?

a. Business Contacts for current business of Current or lapsed customers

Typically, these are Distributor/Retail/Reseller Customers or Suppliers of the product or services involved in the running of the business.

We may periodically send emails about new products, concepts, special offers, price lists, invitations to attend events and other issues relating to the business which we think these customers may find interesting or need to maximise their business with our products. We may contact these customers by email, phone, fax or email.

The information retained may include some or all of the following:
Name, Job Title, Responsibility, Business Address, Telephone Contacts, email.
Skype contacts and sometimes social media contacts.

This data is retained for 5 Years from the date it was secured. Any Personal Data for customers which is more than 5 years old we will destroy or offer the Customer the chance to update their information or to ask for this Information to be permanently removed.

b. Potential Customer Contacts

Typically, these are Distributor/Retail/Reseller Customers who operate in the same
Sector but who are currently operating with similar products and services and may
benefit from buying or selling our products or services in the future.

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers, invitations to attend events which we think these customers may find interesting. We may contact these customers by email, phone, fax or email.

The information retained may include some or all the following:
Name, Job Title, Responsibility, Business Address,
Telephone Contacts, email. Skype contacts and sometimes social media contacts.

This data is retained for 5 Years from the date it was secured. Any Personal Data for customers which is clearly identifiable as more than 5 years old we will destroy, or we will offer the Customer the chance to update their information and for us to retain this information or to ask for this Information to be permanently removed.

c. Personal Data for Online Transactions

Typically, these are individuals buying directly from our website for whom we need
Personal data to fulfil a transaction.

Name, Personal address, Telephone Contacts, email address, Bank details

Bank details/Credit card details are held by our Third-Party Transaction Company which holds online. Bank details in an encrypted fashion which are not accessible or visible to the Company.

This data is retained for 5 Years from the date it was secured. This is for VAT purposes Any Personal Data for customers which is more than 5 years old we will destroy, or we will offer the Customer the chance to update their information and for us to retain this information or to ask for this Information to be permanently removed.

d. Personal Data for Company Online Transactions

Typically, these are Companies buying directly from our website for whom we need
Personal data to fulfil a transaction.

Name, Personal address, Telephone Contacts, email address

Bank details/Credit Card details are held by our Third-Party Transaction Company which holds online
Bank details in an encrypted fashion which are not accessible or visible to the Company.

This data is retained for 5 Years from the date it was secured. 4. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

The Company will not share, sell or make available any Personal Data with Third Party
Companies without your express permission. We shall share your data with third parties
who are performing services on our behalf (for example third Party Secure Transaction
organisations) to comply with our legal obligations (example fraud protection)
or to enforce our rights, or the property of the Company or its customers. These third
Party Companies have their own Privacy Policy which can be made available on request.

5. Managing Personal Data

The Company endeavours to manage all personal Data held responsibly and securely.
We are committed to ensuring that the information provided to us is accurate and secure.

The Company has appointed a Company Officer as Data Protection Officer (DP Officer) responsible for the maintenance and adherence to this policy. An annual review will take place during which the Data Protection Officer will make suitable checks to be able to formally certify and confirm that the policy has been appropriately followed

The Company has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all Personal Data information we collect from the sources shown. While transactions across the Internet are always subject to risk the Company is committed to ensuring its Computers and staff Computers use reliable Internet Security.

All Personnel will be asked to confirm they understand the processes for managing Data and follow several practices to ensure security for compliance.

During the period until the end of 2018, the Company commits to updating and cleaning current databases held and securing permission from lapsed databases for new updated information or removal from databases. During this period Current Customers and Potential Customers will be requested to supply updated Personal Data Information and will be given the chance to be removed from our databases.

The Company commits to retaining Personal information accurately and for no longer than is necessary for the purposes outlined above.

6. Changes to this Policy

The Company keep a Privacy Policy under review and will make changes from time to time. We may let you know of such changes by email, text or another suitable method of communication. The latest version of this policy will always appear on this page and be dated with a date of update

The Company commits to responding within 2 weeks to individuals who send a
request from us to confirm what data we hold relating to them.
Any requests should be emailed to the Sales director who will confirm receipt within
48 hours.

Any concerns arising from 3S Company A/S use of personal information or data should in the first case be raised with the Company via the Managing Director and if a satisfactory resolution cannot be found between the 2 parties then the issues should be settled finally and conclusively by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Dan-ish Institute of Arbitration (Copenhagen Arbitration) ("Det Danske Voldgiftsinstitut").
